Executive: $18k–$30k (Most Popular)
- Duration: Full‑day (8 hours)
- Capacity: Up to 25 participants
- Focus: Multi-faceted strategic challenge or transformation initiative
- Deliverables: 10–15 page executive brief, choice of board presentation deck OR readiness audit, 90-day action plan
- Post-workshop support: 90 days of implementation support including two 45-minute follow-up calls (scheduled at 30 and 60 days)
- Prep time: 4 weeks from scoping call to workshop delivery (includes stakeholder interviews and document review buffer)
Transformation: $40k–$65k
- Duration: 2‑day intensive (16 hours total)
- Capacity: Up to 40 participants

Price Variance Factors:
Within each tier, final pricing depends on:
- Geography: Bay Area/NYC +20%; international +25% (travel at cost)
- Industry complexity: Highly regulated (healthcare/finance) +15% for domain expertise
- Customization: Heavy pre-workshop stakeholder interviews +10%; custom frameworks +15%
- Urgency: Delivery <2 weeks +25% for expedited preparation
- Participant overage: See participant management policy below
Participant Management:
- Tier capacities are firm: Essentials max 15; Executive max 25; Transformation max 40
- Overflow pricing: +$500/additional participant up to 20% over capacity (e.g., Essentials can expand to 18 max)
- Beyond 20% overage: Re-tier to next level or split into multiple workshops
- Observers: Non-participating observers (C-suite drop-ins) don't count toward limit if <30 min attendance
- Virtual attendees: Count toward participant limit; hybrid workshops require additional +$2k–$5k for A/V setup
In-person delivery strongly preferred for Executive/Transformation tiers (travel expenses at cost).
Engagement Structure
Pre-Workshop
- Scoping call to define challenge areas and desired outcomes (1 hour included)
- Stakeholder interviews: Essentials 0–2; Executive up to 5; Transformation up to 8
- Pre-read materials and alignment on success criteria
- Confirmation of participant list and roles
Workshop Delivery
- Facilitated sessions with breakout activities
- Real-time collaboration and decision-making
- Owner assignment for action items with accountability framework
- Recording allowed for internal use only (no external distribution)
Post-Workshop
- Delivery of all agreed materials within 7 business days of workshop completion
- Follow-up support window begins at material delivery date
- Implementation tracking calls scheduled at agreed intervals
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand business priorities shift. To protect preparation investments on both sides:
- Notice >4 weeks: Full refund minus $2k for scoping/prep work completed
- Notice 2–4 weeks: 50% refund (prep work underway; harder to reallocate capacity)
- Notice <2 weeks: Reschedule within 90 days (additional $3k–$8k for re-prep) or forfeit payment (opportunity cost too high)
- Major organizational change: Acquisition, CEO departure, or strategic pivot creates natural pause point,we'll work with you to reschedule within 6 months at no additional charge
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Workshop deliverables: All materials created specifically for your workshop (decks, briefs, action plans) are client property
- Frameworks & methodologies: Blue Fermion retains ownership of general frameworks, facilitation approaches, and templates
- Pre-existing IP: Client acknowledges workshop draws on consultant's accumulated knowledge across multiple industries
- Client modifications: Client may adapt workshop materials for internal use; external distribution or commercialization requires attribution and license negotiation
- Joint frameworks: New frameworks co-developed during workshop default to 50/50 ownership; client may use for internal purposes, Blue Fermion may apply to other clients
- Confidentiality: Mutual NDA standard; your strategy, financials, and competitive intel remain confidential
- Recording rights: You may record for internal use only; no external distribution or public sharing without permission
- Transcripts: If workshop is transcribed, transcript ownership follows same rules as recording (internal use only)
- Participant contributions: Workshop participant ideas remain client property; Blue Fermion may not implement for other clients without anonymization
- Benchmark data: Blue Fermion may use anonymized aggregate insights across workshops for industry thought leadership; client-specific data requires written permission
- Case study rights: Blue Fermion may reference workshop format and outcomes in anonymized case studies; client receives 60-day review window before publication
Post-Workshop Support Scope
In scope:
- Clarifying workshop content and recommendations
- Tracking implementation progress against the 90-day plan
- Addressing blockers within the agreed scope
- Answering questions about deliverables and frameworks presented
Best served through other engagements:
- New strategic questions: Consider follow-on workshop or Advisory engagement for emerging challenges
- Scope expansion: Let's discuss whether current support accommodates new needs or if additional workshop makes sense
- Implementation support: Build Sprints or Advisory engagement better suited for hands-on execution
- Ongoing strategic guidance: Quarterly Engagement Program ($8k–$12k/quarter) provides sustained support
